2017 Station EAS Log for KUWL / KUWY / KUWR-HD2 / KUWR-HD3

KUWL and KUWY as well as the KUWR HD2 and HD3 multicast channels are designated as PN (Participating National) stations for Wyoming EAS plan for Area 5.

They share common operational equipment.  Their activity is aggregated into a common log with a filename prefixed with "PN".

The "Reconciliation" file is a form summarizing EAS activity.  It is used to show at a glance, any operational discrepancies or exceptions.

Addenda are included within the Reconciliation for those reporting periods during which an event of noteworthiness was conducted, or an irregularity or malfunction occurred where the FCC rules require follow-up or investigation to be conducted and the findings with any remedial actions are to be included within this log.
