Best of 2013 Top 5 picks – WPM Hoodie/Van Morrison Moondance drawing

Entry rules:

Wyoming Public Media will hold a drawing from all Best of 2013 entries for a WPM hooded sweatshirt with a retail value of $45.00 along with a CD copy of Van Morrison’s Moondance expanded edition with a retail value of $15.00.  Odds are determined by the number of entries.

Only one entry per adult person (at least 18 years of age) will be accepted.  Name and e-mail address must be included. Automated or scripted entries will be disqualified.

Entries will be accepted between 12:00 AM on December 9, 2013 and 11:59 PM on December 26, 2013.  Wyoming Public Media is not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with the Internet.

Winning names will be posted on WPM website and may or may not be announced on-air.

In the event a prize is refused or is unclaimed for seven (7) days after notification, a new name will be drawn and the winner contacted. The process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.

Winners will be randomly drawn from all entries and notified by a station employee by January 3, 2014.  If winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered.  Prizes cannot be substituted for their fair market cash value.

Selected winners are ineligible to win additional prizes for twelve (12) months from date of prize acceptance.

Results of the drawing are final -- there are no substitutions or exchanges or cash redemptions allowed.  Wyoming Public Media assumes no responsibility for any property loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from any prize won.
